Completed in Jan 2007, this extension provided two new bedrooms, a large garage, downstairs washroom and rear lounge. A.R. Common and Sons Ltd also carried out extensive renovations to the existing kitchen.

Garage, lounge and bedroom extension completed to the shell stage, as required by the client. A.R. Common and Son Ltd installed the groundworks. structural slab, brick and blockwork, 1st floor joists, windows and complete roof, providing a watertight structure to allow the client to complete internal finishings himself.

2 story extension built to the left of the property using existing cleaned reclaimed bricks to the front elevation.

Single 1st floor extension built on a steel cradle over garage retaining garage whilst under construction. Works still in progress to front garden and drive landscaping.

A four bedroom development built by us for the occupier. We built from green field to completed shell, with our client using his own trades people to 2nd fix and complete. (This method is sometimes favoured by the client.)
